Steve Vaughan
Lead Pastor
Steve is our Lead Pastor and has been part of this church since 1992. He led first as Associate Pastor in the year 2000 before becoming our Lead Pastor in 2004.
Steve has a huge heart for small groups, with discipleship as a driving force, and a mission to be community-minded.
Trevor Dunham
Associate Pastor
Trevor has extensive experience as an Associate Pastor and he came to us from Saskatchewan in 2014.
He serves as our pastor of children and youth.
Julie Willing
Director Sunday Morning Children Ministry
We are thrilled to welcome Julie to our ministry team. Julie looks after our children's ministry for kids from birth to grade 5. She is a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse and also has several years of experience working with children of all ages and abilities. She is mom to three energetic and entertaining boys, raises chickens, flowers and much more. We are thankful to have her on board to work with our children here at Shawnigan Alliance Church!
Candace Shortreid
Worship Director
Candace and her husband Matt work together to direct our music teams as they prayerfully lead our congregation every Sunday morning in worship.
Marlene Cormack
Office Administrator
Marlene comes to us with both church ministry and office administrative experience, and is delighted to serve here at Shawnigan Alliance Church.
